It’s a simple, lovely book that lets you record all the important things that happen in your child’s school years. I bought one for each of my kiddos & works great for a boy or girl. They both love theirs. I love the photo on each year & the pocket fits everything from reports to certificates. Xx
A great way to keep a track of your kid's school years. A brilliant book!
I ordered two of these School Days Record Books and am thrilled with them. They are excellent quality - a sturdy folder and nice thick pages/pockets that turn easily. The folder fits all the important documents/certificates etc in and I also love that it's not gender-specific but can be used for boys and girls. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a page specifically for Preschool. There is a 'before school' page which could be used for this purpose, but since many kids these days also go to Daycare at least a few days a week prior to preschool, it would be nice to have both ('Before School' and 'Preschool'). But that's a very minor thing - it's great and I recommend it. I'm actually about to order two more as gifts!
When my children - now 45 and 42 respectively - were little, I found a book similar to this for them to record their school days. My elder son started his immediately, so obviously he was taken with the concept. Both boys filled in their books, and at the end of their school life had a wonderful memory of their friends, what they enjoyed and some of the activities they took part in, like their trips (separately) to Tasmania, which must have been a big thing at the end of their primary schooling. My elder son phoned me recently because he couldn't find a similar book for his daughter, now 10. He phoned me with his dilemma, I searched and hey presto! I found this wonderful book. I bought one for his daughter, and am now going to order one for my younger son's daughter, who will be 2 in January. She'll grow into it! But in the meantime, her parents have space for photos, report cards from her day care centre, and photos. The advantage of this book over the one my sons had is that there is provision to add plastic pockets for any extras that may be of interest, and the cover is generic enough to last through to the last days of school. Thank you for this book, and I look forward to watching the children fill in their books to retain their memories.
This is a great way to keep a track of the school years. I've used the baby record book for both my children so thought this would be perfect for their schooling. It has a folder in each page for any artwork and photos and has great points to fill in. It will be a wonderful book to look back on in years to come.
What a great way to collect all the key milestones from your child's school experience. This is one of the best formatted and well thought out products on the market, for collecting your child's school life memories. Not too cutesy or over the top and well designed to allow your child to fill it in as they get older. Well done.
